Be sure that when creating beautiful memories of your precious little one, newborn and baby safety is, above all, my number one priority. I am a fully insured professional who is trained in newborn safe posing techniques and I am also a certified paediatric first aider.

 

I was introduced to photography whilst studying for a degree in Media and Journalism in my native Portugal. At the time, I was inspired to pursue a career in portraiture, by the stunning black and white images of the photographer and photojournalist Sebastião Salgado, in his books Migrations and The Children.

 

After graduating, I worked in media related jobs, but always felt that I was lacking professional joy and excitement. In 2011, I moved to London and decided to retrain as a photographer.  Liliana Séca Santos Photography was created in 2018 and, a year later, I decided to focus on photographing babies and pregnant women. I have now relocated to Flintshire in North Wales and I have opened my new photography studio in Shotton at the Deeside Enterprise Centre.

My photography aims to capture the beauty of your pregnancy and your newborn baby  — their perfect tiny little features and character — documenting real life moments. Whether I’m photographing you, your baby alone, with siblings or parents, my work revolves around you and tells your story. 

 

Each session is especially tailored to your individual needs and designed to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience. My goal is to build a picture of what you envision for your session and record genuine emotions while creating timeless memories for you to look back on and reminisce with great joy.
